Eligibility for Refunds & Exchanges
- Products may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).
- Perishable goods, personal care products, and items marked “Final Sale” are not eligible for return or refund, except in cases of damage or incorrect delivery.
How to Request a Refund or Exchange
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include your name, order number, and a brief description of the issue.
- Our support team will assist you with instructions and confirm the return or exchange eligibility.
- If approved, return the product to our store or via our designated courier (instructions will be provided).
- Once we receive and inspect your item, we’ll process your refund or exchange as quickly as possible.
Refund Method
- Refunds are issued via your original payment method (GCash, Maya, Bank Transfer), or as store credit if you prefer.
- For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are provided in cash or store credit at our shop.
- Processing times may vary, but we strive to complete refunds within 7 business days after approval.
Non-Refundable Items
- Opened or used personal care items.
- Products damaged after delivery due to misuse or neglect.
- Items returned without original packaging or proof of purchase.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will prioritize a replacement, exchange, or full refund at no extra cost to you.
